We collect information in three main ways:
1.1 Information
You Provide
• Account information: name, email, phone, company,
role, usernames/passwords.
• Customer Data: tool/parts inventories, repair
histories, customer/vendor records, photos, notes, and other operational data
you upload or generate.

address, access times, pages/features used, and diagnostic data.

1.3 Information From Third-Party Services
If you enable integrations (e.g., QuickBooks or
Stripe), we may receive certain data from those services to provide the
integration you request.
2. How We Use
Information
We use information to:
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
• Perform implementation, support, and training;
• Manage subscriptions, billing, and account administration;
• Secure the Services, detect fraud/abuse, and enforce
our Terms;
• Communicate with you about service updates or
support requests;
• Comply with law.
We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to
improve the platform.
3. Cookies and
Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the
Services and improve performance. These may include essential cookies required
for login, security, and core functionality, and analytics cookies that help us
understand usage and improve the Services.
You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Blocking some cookies may affect functionality.
4. How We Share
Information
We do not sell Customer Data. We may share
information:
1. With service providers who help operate the
Services (hosting, analytics, support tools), under confidentiality
obligations.
2. With Third-Party Services you connect (e.g.,
QuickBooks, Stripe) as needed for the integration.
3. For legal reasons if required by law or to protect
rights/safety.
4. Business transfers in a merger, acquisition, or
asset sale, subject to confidentiality protections.
5. Regulated Data
Exclusion (HIPAA/GLBA/Similar)
The Services are not intended for and should not be
used to store or process HIPAA “Protected Health Information,” GLBA “Nonpublic
Personal Information,” or other regulated/sensitive categories requiring
special legal safeguards (including PCI-DSS cardholder data,
ITAR/export-controlled data, or data governed by a mandatory BAA or similar).
Please do not submit such data. Provider does not act as a HIPAA “business
associate” or a GLBA-regulated service provider unless expressly agreed in a
separate written contract. If you submit regulated data, you are solely
responsible for compliance and any resulting liability.
6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and
organizational safeguards to protect information, but no system is 100% secure.
You are responsible for secure passwords and managing access within your
organization.
7. Data Retention
We retain data as long as
your account is active or as needed to provide Services. After termination, we
retain data as reasonably necessary for legal/accounting/business purposes,
then delete or de-identify it. Data export is available according to the terms
of your SaaS Agreement.
8. Your Choices
and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to
access, correct, delete, or export your information. To exercise rights,
contact us below. You may also opt out of non-essential cookies via your
browser settings.
9. Third-Party
Services
Third-Party Services (like QuickBooks and Stripe) have
their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices. If you
enable integrations, you authorize us to exchange data with them as needed.
10. International

Our Services are operated from the U.S. If you access
them from outside the U.S., you consent to transfer and processing in the U.S.
